All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order is on the way.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at sippysisterstore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only offered for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
